A shim is used for fine adjustment. The Shim can be cut or torn apart by hand into quarters, halfs or three quarters to fit the needs. It can be inserted from top, mid or bottom layer, compensating for both Tile/slab or underlayer. This feature is unique for PavePad product. Be aware not to use more than 4 shims per PavePad surface.

For tiles and slabs. Created to take up larger undulations and reduce noise. Perfect in combination with ceramic tiles and natural materials for a high-end solution. This optional accessory means: 1 PaveDamper per stack as top layer.

PavePad 15 mm

PavePad 15 mm is starting layer (minimum height). The 15 mm is to ensure space for dust and dirt to pass by normal drainage, the PavePad itself is constructed so that it is self-draining ensuring that no stale water remains. The PavePad 15 is constructed with the unique ability to be turned towards another PavePad 15, 45, 90 mm in order to create a straight surface for placing beams. Based on a minimum of 30 mm it is possible to establish a wooden terrace that will not get into contact with water. Timber beams can be fixed directly to the PavePad with wood screws. When applying this technique further height can be achieved by stacking from both top and bottom layer with the other PavePad elements.

PavePad 45 mm is also made to drain rainwater and can be divided into halves for sides and into quarters for corners.

We use strapping in different colors, so you easily can see the difference between the various products.
